Adley House

Adley House in Oudtshoorn is a magnificent Victorian home and was built in 1905 by Sidney Herbert Adley during the "Ostrich Feather Boom".

Relax in our two swimming pools to cool you down on our lovely hot summer and winter days. Log fires in winter. Cornerway House

Situated in a residential area in Plettenburg Bay only seven minutes gentle walk to the famous white sands of Robberg beach.

The house is decorated with a Colonial flavour. Relax in our pretty garden where you can read and unwind after the beautiful beaches.

Breakfast, either full English or continental is served on the covered patio overlooking the swimming pool or in the dining room. Our double rooms are en-suite with TV, bar fridge and, tea and coffee making facilities.

 This is an establishment dedicated to restoring the fynbos to its   natural state.    

Gallery Guest House

The Gallery Guest House is situated on the hill above the centre of the original old Knysna town.

It is in close proximity to the information office, shops, markets, restaurants and the famous Knysna Lagoon. From the verandas of the house, one is able to relax in the sun, away from the busy little town, and in the evenings, enjoy the sunsets in the west, before choosing a local restaurant for dinner. Many of these restaurants are in 2 minutes walking distance of the house. The rooms all offer double accommodation, with private shower or bath facilities.

Les Hauts de Montagu

A guest lodge offering 600 hectares of abundant, indigenous flora and situated on the beautiful slopes of the Langeberg Mountains along the Garden Route. Here you will experience beauty, tranquillity and comfort.

Our three luxury cottages are separated into six spacious en suite guest rooms. Each has their own fireplace, a bathroom with heated floors, a Victorian bathtub as well as an outside shower. The ceilings are open reed and lie under thatched roofing. From the veranda or shower, guests have a spectacular view of the Karoo Koppies, Waboomberg Mountains and four hectares olive orchard.

Malvern Manor

This Gracious Cape Dutch Manor House nestles on the foothills of the Outeniqua Mountains within the Garden Route, set amidst beautiful mature gardens on its own country estate. The en-suite rooms are furnished with the emphasis on luxury, offering complementary drinks, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite tv, hairdryer, heated towel rails, plus many extras.

Mimosa Lodge

Connecting Cape Town, the Winelands and the Garden Route this historic building has been carefully renovated, adding today's luxury to the old world charm. The reputation of the Lodge has been built on attention to detail, personal service and the superb cuisine under owner and head chef Bernhard Hess.

All suites are situated in the garden, each with a private or balcony. Guests can select from twin bedded rooms or those with king size bed. All Suites offer separate bath and shower facilities. The beautifully laid out garden invites one to relax and unwind. Listen to the prolific birdsong, relax by the pool area, or go for a refreshing swim into the salt-water, black marbled pool. During those cooler days of the year, the pool will be heated and you will be able to have a dip all year round.

Rosenhof Country Lodge

The carefully renovated homestead (Circa 1852), is situated on the outskirts of Oudtshoorn en route to the Cango Caves with its yellowwood beams and ceilings and a tasteful collection of antique furniture, exudes an aura Authenticity.

The lovely rose garden, which gave Rosenhof its name, leads to stylishly decorated bedrooms, each individually furnished. All rooms provide air-conditioning, satellite television, telephone, mini bar and tea trays. Rosenhof has a cosy pub and several luxury lounges with fireplaces where visitors can relax and admire works from well-known South African artists. In summer, cool down in the pool or take tea in the manicured gardens.

Southern Cross

Southern Cross beach house is a colonial style home situated in Plettenburg Bay. Tastefully decorated in the colours of sand, sea and sky there are five luxurious en-suite bedrooms that open onto the verandah and sunny garden courtyard.

The views of the bay and Outeniqua Mountains from the breakfast patio are magnificent and dolphins, whales and seals often complete the picture. Robberg beach can be reached directly from the house via a boardwalk and its 5 km of unbroken sand offers easy walking and jogging at low tide.
